We Ship Worldwide
Estimates below do not apply during busy holiday seasons. Also Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We have warehouses in both the USA and Canada.
Shipping to Canada and the USA is a flat rate of $2.99 per order. So you can order up to 100 items, and only pay $2.99 shipping on the entire order. International shipping is $3.99 plus $0.50 per order.
USA
All orders within the United States will ship via USPS. All shipments are insured and traceable. If you choose Regular Delivery your package may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you choose Rush Delivery your package may take up to 6 business days to arrive.
CANADA
All orders from with Canada will ship from within Canada, so there will be NO customs fees. We use Canada Post for all orders, and packages generally take 5-10 business days to arrive. Our packages originate near Toronto, so the farther you are away from Toronto, the longer it takes.
INTERNATIONAL
If you choose International Delivery your package may take up to 15 business days to arrive. Countries with active customs departments may delay the shipping times further (i.e. Germany).

Custom fees are very common especially when ordering from the Europe. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be printed out and processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday). Weekends and Holidays are not counted as business days.
Please note during the very busy Christmas and Halloween Seasons it may take up to 3 to 4 days to process your order.
It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order. However, some orders do take longer if there are credit card authorization or security issues or high holiday season volume.
To ensure the quickest processing time, especially during the busy holiday seasons, please make sure to add a valid e-mail address to your TheBrickPeople account. This will enable us to immediately contact you in the event we need to verify important information about your order. If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday or time sensitive occasion, we highly recommend providing us this contact information.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to the Postal Service, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
